Vallo & Associates Lawyers has extensive experience in the planning and execution of insolvency proceedings, from the application for the declaration of insolvency until the conclusion of the same, including, among others, the presentation of agreement proposals, both anticipated and ordinary, the application for liquidation and, in general, all the actions provided for in the Insolvency Act referring to the Insolvency of Creditors.
